On Saturday, First Congregational UCC in Hendersonville will host the Growing God’s Garden Expo from 10 am -12 pm. You’re invited to stop by to learn about the ecological work happening in the area!

Organizations/speakers that will be present include MountainTrue, Conserving Carolina, Boys and Girls Club Hendersonville, the First Congregational UCC Garden Team, and the author of Nature Connections Elle Travis! You’re also invited to bring gardening supplies to donate (seeds, plants, gardening gloves, hand tools, shovels, etc.) to support the local Boys and Girls Club and their gardening work.

Lastly, you’re invited to join the congregation for the morning worship service on Sunday, May 8th, at 10:30 am where CCAWNC Director, Sarah Ogletree, will be preaching on caring for God’s creation and our call to justice. We hope to see you then!
