This powerful, profound group ritual is to honor our pain for the world. Given the social injustice and environmental destruction going on in our world, it is appropriate and healthy to feel outrage, fear and grief—and to let these emotions fuel our commitment to do our part in the Great Healing that is necessary now. Here in circle together, we allow the feelings to be felt and expressed in the safe container of our community “village.”
